Motivace a fluktuace zaměstnanců ve výrobním podniku

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce byla psána na téma „Motivace a fluktuace zaměstnanců ve výrobním podniku.“ Cílem této práce bylo analyzovat fluktuaci kmenových a dočasně přidělených zaměstnanců – zjistit, kde je tato fluktuace větší, zjistit důvody těchto rozdílů a doporučit nápravná opatření. V první části práce jsou shrnuty základní teoretické poznatky týkající se dané problematiky, získané z odborné literatury. Praktická část řeší analýzu fluktuace ve výrobní společnosti, průzkum spokojeností zaměstnanců a rozbor výsledků realizovaného dotazníkového šetření. Na základě provedených analýz byla navržena řada doporučení, která by měla vést ke snížení fluktuace zaměstnanců v této společnosti.

This bachelor thesis deals with „Employee motivation and fluctuation in the production company.” The aim of this thesis is to analyse fluctuation of regular and temporary workers and to determine in which of these two groups is fluctuation higher and why. Based on the findings, then perform corrective action.

The first part is based on scientific literature and presents theoretical basics of thesis. Practical part of this thesis deals with analysis of the fluctuation of employees in manufacturing company, survey of employees’ satisfaction and its analysis. Based on analysis conducted in this paper there are presented several recommendations of how to lower fluctuation of employees in manufacturing company.
