Finanční analýza ve společnosti Kofola Holding, a.s.

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá finanční analýzou společnosti Kofola a.s., jakožto dceřiné společnosti Kofola Holding a.s.. Teoretická část této práce objasňuje význam finanční analýzy a její metodiku, vymezuje a charakterizuje nejdůležitější finanční ukazatele, jež jsou aplikovány v části praktické, kde je charakterizována vybraná společnost a provedena její finanční analýza doplněná komentáři. Výsledky této analýzy jsou následně porovnány s výsledky finančních ukazatelů největších konkurentů společnosti Kofola a.s na českém trhu, kterými jsou společnosti PEPSICO CZ s.r.o. a Coca-Cola HBC Česká republika s.r.o.. Na základě analýzy zjištěných výsledků za celé sledované období je nastíněn možný budoucí vývoj vybraných společností.

The thesis deals with the financial analysis of Kofola a.s., as a subsidiary of Kofola Holding a.s.. The theoretical part of this paper explains the importance of financial analysis and its methodology; it identifies and characterizes the most important financial indicators that are applied in the practical part where the chosen company is characterized by its financial analysis accompanied with the comments. The results of this analysis are then compared with the results of financial indicators of the largest competitors of Kofola a.s. on the Czech market, which is PEPSICO CZ s.r.o. and Coca-Cola HBC Česká republika s.r.o.. Based on the analysis of the results obtained for the entire monitored period the possible future development of selected companies is outlined.
