dc.description.abstractTéma mé bakalářské práce je Měření spokojenosti studentů s ubytovacími a stravovacími službami. Výzkum probíhal v areálů kolejí VŠB-TU Ostrava v Ostravě-Porubě. Respondenty byli tuzemští a zahraniční studenti. Výsledky jsou prezentovány v textové a grafické formě. V závěru práce jsou uvedeny návrhy a doporučení na zlepšení současného stavu kolejí.cs
dc.description.abstractThe subject of my bachelor thesis is Students Satisfaction Measurement with Board and Lodging Services. The research took place in VŠB-TU Ostrava residential halls area in Ostrava-Poruba. The respondents were native and foreign students. Results are presented in text and graphic form. In the ending of this work are stated proposals and recommendations to upgrading residential halls' present condition.en
