Abstract

The subject of this diploma thesis is creation of a project documentation for the new building of the fire station. Documentation will be used for realization of the building. The part of this thesis will also be a thermal-technical assessment, an energy label and an envelope of the building as well as the static calculation of one structural element. All design documentation must be in accordance with appropriate regulations and valid standards. The fire station building consist of two interconnected buildings, namely the main building and the garage. The main building serves as a base for a fire brigade. It is designed as a three-storey building with basement and two above-ground floors. The underground floor is designed as a monolithic reinforced concrete structure and the above-ground floors are designed as brickwork made structures from Ytong fittings. The garage is designed as a prefabricated reinforced-concrete skeleton. Both objects will be covered with a single-layer flat roof that will be drained into the interior of the layout.
