Antidumpingová a vyrovnávací opatření v Evropské unii

Abstract

The bachelor thesis is focused on antidumping and countervailing measures in the European Union. In the first part there are defined terms dumping and subsidy and described legal conditions for defence against dumping and subsidies. There are also described origins of the international agreements on international trade. The second part shows antidumping and antisubsidy procedures in the European Union. In the last part there is made a territorial analysis of antidumping and countervailing measures imposed by EU and the territorial analysis of the measures imposed against EU exports. Also there is sectoral analysis which describes to which sectors are antidumping and countervailing measures related the most.
