Zhodnocení dotačních příležitostí v Euroregionu Těšínské Slezsko v programovém období 2014–2020

Abstract

The diploma thesis aims to evaluate grant opportunities in the Czech part of the Euroregion Těšínské Slezsko in the programming period 2014-2020 based on an analysis of efficiency and added value resulting from the use of grant funds allocated to cross-border cooperation in the European Union in a selected sample of projects. The diploma thesis verifies whether the European Union funds are a benefit in the supported area and whether the situation in the development of the Euroregion Těšínské Slezsko is improving. The diploma thesis is divided into three thematic chapters, which complement the introduction and conclusion. The first content chapter deals with the changes in cross-border cooperation in the European Union and the Czech Republic in 2014–2027. The second thematic chapter is the socio-economic analysis of the Euroregion Těšínské Slezsko and the program framework of cross-border cooperation on the Czech-Polish border. The third thematic chapter deals with the analysis of the use of subsidy opportunities and the added value of cross-border cooperation projects implemented in the Czech part of the Těšínské Slezsko Eureoregion in the 2014–2020 programming period.
