Aktivní politika zaměstnanosti v okrese Opava

Abstract

The purpose of this diploma thesis was to analyze active employment policy in Opava region in 2014. All indicators gained by analysis of labor market situation in Opava region in 2014 were compared with 2013 and their development was reviewed based on comparison method. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. Theoretical part is dedicated to basic terminology in active employment policy, unemployment forms and unemployment consequences fields. The second part of the theoretical chapter deals with the active employment policy being regulated by the employment law. Practical part of the thesis focuses on mapping basic labor market indicators in Opava and describes active employment policies, which are used by Opava district.
