Abstract

Thesis deals with the design and comparison of two alternatives of technological solutions of ceiling structures for the tenement house in the centre of the town Vizovice. It will be contrasted reinforced concrete ceiling structure of system Spiroll with the prestressed panels and ceramic ceiling structure of system Porotherm, which is consists of POT beams and ceramic insets MIAKO. These two solutions will be contrasted from the point of time and financial view. Next part of this thesis is the project documentation included of drawings for planning permission, technological solution of ceiling structure, itemized budget and time schedule.
