Abstract

The purpose of the thesis is an analysis of competition of driving schools in Havířov city and suggesting possible recommendations for improvements of the competitiveness of Igor Klajbl driving school. In the theoretical part I focused on the characteristic strengths and weaknesses of Igor Klajbl driving school, macro and micro environment analysis and the theoretical solutions of competition and benchmarking. In the practical part I dealt with the analysis of competition in driving schools in Havířov, conducted by primary market research via questionnaires and personal interviews with the owners of driving schools. The final part of the thesis contains suggestions and recommendations for increasing the competitiveness of Igor Klajbl driving the market.
