Abstract

This master’s thesis studies analysis of the image of the Roman Catholic Church in the Czech Republic. The aim of this work is, as the name suggests, analysis of image of this church and suggestions for its eventual improvements. First two chapters focus on theoretical aspects necessary for this work. First chapter concentrates on history and current activities of the Roman Catholic Church in the Czech Republic. Second chapter focuses on theoretical aspects of image and public relations as the most important instrument in forming of image. Next two chapters are about collecting and analysis of data acquired in the survey. The questionnaire concentrates on how people perceive different activities of the church, its history and communication with schema_dspacedb. Last chapter contains suggestions for improvement of the image of the Roman Catholic Church in the Czech Republic resulting from the survey.
