Metodika hodnocení mechanických vlastností technické keramiky

Abstract

Bylo provedeno základní rozdělení keramických materiálů a analyzovány jejich základní mechanické vlastnosti, tvrdost a lomová houževnatost. Byla diskutována metodika hodnocení lomové houževnatosti, indentační a v trojbodovém ohybu. Indentační technikou pak byla stanovena hodnota lomové houževnatosti u keramiky typu Al2O3, používaná pro pancéřování vozidel.

A basic division of ceramic materials was carried out, and their basic mechanical properties were analyzed, as well as their hardness and fracture toughness. The methodology for evaluating fracture, indentation, and in three-point bending toughness was disgussed. The value of the fracture toughness of Al2O3 ceramic type, used for armouring of vehicles, was then determined by the indentation technique.
