Abstract

The aims of thesis are explain the meaning, users and characteristics financial analysis, method of financial analysis, classification of financial analysis, brief description of economic analysis and application financial analysis of company EKOVA ELECTRIC a.s. The work is divided into two parts. In the first theoretical part described the basic terms and methods of financial analysis. In the second practical part is introduced the company EKOVA ELECTRIC a.s., including SWOT analysis, followed by design alone financial analysis of the company. There are used the basic methods of financial analysis like horizontal and vertical analysis, analysis of net working capital, financial ratios analysis, value and bankruptcy models. At the end of thesis there is assessed values based on financial analysis and recommendations.
