Abstract
The main object of this study is to evaluate how citizens of choosen self-governments using Czech point services. General part of study is focused to management of choosen self-governments, defines municipality term and contains choosen municipality description. Practical part of study analyze input frequency of Czech point in three municipality in Zlin region, belongs into Uherské Hradiště district. Municipality Nezdenice, Pitín and Záhorovice are similar in population. Using Czech point services in municipalities under 2000 citizens are evaluate by the questionnaire.
