Aplikace statistických metod při analýze kvality orientovaných transformátorových pásů

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na statistickou analýzu procesu výroby orientovaných transformátorových pásů ve firmě ArcelorMittal Frýdek-Místek a.s. Cílem této práce je analyzovat s použitím statistických metod daný proces. Dále porovnat zvolené dodavatele a stanovit minimální počet měření, které musí mít zkouška odchylné technologie, aby na úrovni dohodnuté spolehlivosti bylo možné potvrdit, že dosažený rozdíl příslušného parametru, např. ∆ p1,7T = 0,05 W/kg, je statisticky významný. V první části této práce je nejprve učiněn teoretický úvod do oblastí týkající se daného problému. Druhá část je již tvořena praktickou prací s definovaným problémem, práci s daty a jejich vyhodnocení. V závěru druhé části je provedena identifikace problémových oblastí v procesu a návrh způsobu jejich řešení.

This thesis is focused on statistical analysis of the production process of grain oriented electrical steel strips in company ArcelorMittal Frýdek-Místek a.s. The aim of the thesis is to use the statistical methods and to analyze the process. The objective is to compare the selected contractors and determine the minimum number of measurements that experiment divergent technologies must have so that it can be verified at the agreed level of reliability that the achieved difference parameter, for example Δ p1,7T= 0.05W/kg, is statistically significant. In the first section of this thesis a theoretical introduction is first made to the areas related to the problem. The second part is formed by practical part with a defined problem, working with data and their evaluation. In the end of the second part the process problems are identified and their treatment is designed.
