Hospodaření vybrané neziskové organizace

Abstract

Cílem bakalářské práce je zhodnotit činnost a hospodaření vybrané nestátní neziskové organizace v letech 2009-2013 a navrhnout řešení k navýšení zdrojů financování činnosti organizace. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena, kromě úvodu a závěru, do tří kapitol. První kapitola představuje teoretickou část a zahrnuje obecnou charakteristiku neziskových organizací a jejich postavení ve společnosti, včetně jejich členění, a to i podle nového občanského zákoníku platného do 1. 1. 2014. Dále tato kapitola ukazuje na možnosti financování neziskových organizací. Praktická část zahrnuje druhou a třetí kapitolu. Druhá kapitola obsahuje představení vybrané neziskové organizace ADRA, o. p. s., popisuje její vznik, činnost, organizační strukturu a analyzuje její hospodaření v letech 2009-2013. Ve třetí kapitole je zhodnocena činnost a hospodaření organizace ADRA, o. p. s. ve sledovaných letech a jsou vytvořeny návrhy k navýšení zdrojů organizace a doporučení týkající se větší propagace činnosti organizace.

The aim of this bachelor’s thesis is to evaluate the activity and management of a chosen non-governmental non-profit organization between the years 2009-2013 and to suggest a solution to increase the resources of financing of the activities of this organization. The bachelor’s thesis is divided into three chapters excluding the introduction and the conclusion. The first chapter constitutes the theoretical part and includes the general characteristic of non-profit organizations and their position in the society, including their classification, also according to the new Civil Code valid from the 1st January 2014. Futhermore, this chapter points out to options of financing of non-profit organizations. The practical chapter consists of the second and third chapter. The second chapter involves presentation of the chosen non-profit organization ADRA, o. p. s., describes its origins, activities, organizational structure and analyses its financial management between the years 2009-2013. In the third chapter the activities and financial management of the organization ADRA, o. p. s. in the monitored years are evaluated and proposals for increase of resources and suggestions related to the larger publicity of the activities of the organization are created.
