Analýza a zhodnocení zaměstnaneckých výhod ve vybraném podniku

Abstract

The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to create solution and possible changes, which will lead to improvement of system of providing employee benefits in company OnSemiconductor s. r. o., which will be based on analysis of current employee benefit system. Based on questionnaire survey, there will be found some information about employee satisfaction with current employee benefits. Some solution and changes will be designed according to employee responses. The thesis is divided into three parts. The aim of theoretical part is to describe theoretical basis connected to employee benefits. Practical part is focused on an introduction of the company and description of particular questions in questionnaire. Particular changes which can lead to improvement current system of employees benefits are pictured in the last part of this thesis.
