Návrh na rozvoj podnikatelské etiky v bankovní instituci

Abstract

The diploma thesis deals with business ethics in a banking institution. The aim of this work is to analyze the ethical behavior of employees of Česká spořitelna, a.s. towards its clients and evaluate the level of declared ethical principles and values using basic tools of business ethics. The work uses methods of quantitative and qualitative analysis. The analysis is based on a questionnaire survey among the bank's clients, a semi-structured interview with the bank's manager and a study of documents. Based on the results of the analysis, an evaluation is performed and then proposals and recommendations for the development of the bank's business ethics. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with the theoretical basis of business ethics. The practical part presents a selected banking institution - Česká spořitelna, a.s., the origin and development to the present, the organizational structure, the tools used in business ethics, analysis, its evaluation and proposals for the development of business ethics. The benefit of the diploma thesis could be the practical part of the research, especially proposals and recommendations for the development of business ethics in a banking institution.The aim of this work is to participate at least to a small extent in the cultivation of the business environment.
