Rekonstrukce a dostavba domova s pečovatelskou službou, novostavba objektu s ordinacemi v obci Dolní Životice

Abstract

The subject of the diploma thesis is the existing house of nursing home in the village Dolni Životice. The object does not meet the basic criteria for barrier-free construction and also does not have the required rooms from the operational point of view. This will lead to a larger reconstruction of the whole home. Since the existing object is small and all the required rooms would not fit there, there will also be a small completion, which in addition to the missing social spaces will include a daily stationary what emerged from the demands of the people in the village. The object is located in a natural environment near the lake, surrounded by greenery, so it is expected to be used for recreation not only for seniors, but also for others inhabitants of the municipality.A new building will be transferred to the nursing home object with ordinances. This new building will be located in a location that is designated as an important point in planning a village center. Also, this area is surrounded by greenery along the garden courtyard, it will also fill the places for recreation and the playground, which are missing in the village. The main objective of the proposal is to improve the life in the village of Dolní Životice, not only to the senior.
