Abstract

Thesis deals with a study of small firm providing financial intermediation services, by study of its structure and analysis of its competitiveness in surroundings of free market conditions in central Europe. By analyzing its competitivness, strenghts and weaknesses as well as analyzing surrounding of company diploma thesis shows the ability of company to survive, reveals its potential crisis focal points with different charakteristics and based on them suggests new strategies and regulates established strategies for future expansion and long-term maintain of development of the company. For analysis od company´s characteristics and characteristics of the surrounding are used methods as SWOT analysis, PEST analysis, BCG analysis and Porter´s analysis of market forces. After finding the main potential sources of crisis, the work focuses on the development strategy of expansion and retention of the human resources through reconstruction of the training system of the company.
