Abstract
The theme of the thesis is to Coordination and Harmonisation of Corporate Taxes in the Selected European Union. The objective of the thesis is divided into theoretical and analytical. The aim is to analyze the process of harmonisation of direct taxation , and taxation of corporate income tax or corporate taxes in selected European union countries.
