Variantní řešení svislých nosných konstrukcí budovy bytového domu

Abstract

Kubenková Kateřina, Ph.D. Podstatou této bakalářské práce je zhotovení projektové dokumentace bytového domu pro stavební povolení. Jedná se o nepodsklepený objekt s třemi nadzemními podlažími, který je ukončen sedlovou střechou. Celý objekt je proveden zděným konstrukčním systémem. Technologická část práce se věnuje variantnímu řešení svislých nosných konstrukcí budovy bytového domu. Součástí je technologický postup obou variant, tepelně technické posouzení a cenové porovnání variantního řešení.

Kubenková Kateřina, Ph.D. The substance of this bachelor´s thesis is making of the project documentation of the flat house for the building permission. It is a basementless object with three overground floors, which is finished with a saddle roof. The whole object is made in a bricked construction system. The technological part of the thesis is dedicated to a variant solution of vertical bearing constructions of the building of the flat house. The technological procedure of variants, the thermically technical assessment and the price comparison of the variant solution are included.
