Porovnání prezenčního školení a e-learningu v bezpečnosti a ochraně zdraví při práci

Abstract

The diploma thesis deals with the comparison of two forms of occupational safety and health training (OSH), namely the comparison of full-time personal training and distance e-learning. The thesis first provides a general theoretical orientation in the field of health and safety training, including legal context. The second part of the thesis lists and describes the basic forms of training and provides information on the history and current practice in the occupational health and safety training. The process of training’s form comparison is structured from the description of selected primary schools for which training was designed in the form of a lecture with presentation (full-time personal training) and online course (distance e-learning), through preparation for the training and the course of both forms of training at the end. At the end of the thesis I evaluate the success of completed tests and monitor the effectiveness of selected forms of training.
