Strategie retence v konkrétní společnosti v oblasti služeb

Abstract

The aim of this thesis is to propose to GE Money Bank a retention strategy for the next two seasons. The thesis used SWOT analysis, PEST and surveys. Using analysis and surveys a new vision for GE Money Bank, mission and retention values have been proposed. We described the strategic goals and metrics and at the end recommended ten points to implement in. The results of this study allow GE Money Bank to improve its retention activities.
