Územní studie lokality podél ulice Nádražní v Bolaticích

Abstract

Cílem diplomové práce je zpracování územní studie lokality podél ulice Nádražní v Bolaticích. Studie umístí do území pozemky pro bydlení a občanské vybavení s ohledem na limity využití území. Dále jsou vymezeny plochy pro veřejné prostranství a komunikace.

Výsledkem práce je návrh tří variant, přičemž vybraná varianta je zpracována podrobně s návrhem technické a dopravní infrastruktury. Na závěr je vypracováno orientační ekonomické zhodnocení.

The aim of the diploma thesis is to process a regional study of the area located along the Nádražní street in Bolatice. The study is going to place building plots for living and amenities with respect to limited utilization of the above-mentioned land. Moreover, the public areas and communications are also inserted into the study.

The outcome of the thesis is the provision of three variants, the one of which is processed in detail with the design of technical and traffic infrastructure. The final part of the thesis is focused on the tentative economical valorisation.
