Právní a ekonomická činnost insolvenčního správce jako podnikatele

Abstract

The objective of this diploma thesis is to analyze the legal institute of a specific insolvency administrator, meaning as entrepreneur and people actively involved in insolvency proceeding. The analysis is divided into several chapters, which are characterized by individual acts to perform this important activity together with the characteristics of the basic concepts and the incorporation of statutory amendments with it's later comparison with previous modifications using descriptive and comparative method.
