Polyfunkční dům na nároží ulic Zámecká a Dlouhá v Moravské Ostravě

Abstract

This bachelor's thesis deals with design of development sandlot by multifunctional house with solving the parking and stabling locations and solving waste management for the proposed operation for the proposed operating. The building is located in a conservation area in Ostrava City at the corner of Zámecká street x Dlouhá street in cadastral area of Moravská Ostrava. For this purpose was made an analisis of problematics of current area status and identified the needs for land development. Bachelor's thesis is elaboráte in the range for teritorial plannig, focusing on the disposition chart. The theoretical background is described in terms of housing, civil amenities, collective garages and multipurpose buildings. Emphasis was placed on respect for the elements of functional and spatial organization. The quantity is 36 pages.
