Abstract

The thesis is focused on building a technological study of an apartment building. In the first part of this work is focused on drawing of the specified object, which is prepared for the demands of building management. The second part is devoted to technology implementation and the excavation work related to organization. Residential House, which is related drawings and documentation technology, is designed as a 4 storey building. The total capacity offers a total of 12 residential units on three floors and basement are placed in individual boxes for basement apartments. The structural system of the building is two-sided wall. Wall system and horizontal structures are assembled from modular system POROTHERM.
