Abstract
The aim of this thesis is the kinetics of catalytic decomposition N2O.
Nitrous oxide is characterized by low reactivity, hence to a long time not be considered as an important pollution for monitoring at the environmental. During last decade it turned out, that N2O is very significant gas, that take a part on the greeenhouse effect and as well as decay of stratospheric ozone.
In addition it is dangerous, due to a long period of persistence at atmosphere - up to 150 years.
Catalytic decomposition is the best possibility for decreasing concentration N2O in waste gases, because natural components N2 and O2 arise. Retrieval of the suitable catalyst is fundamental for practical application of this process.
Within the scope of this thesis the catalyst based on metallic oxide impregnated by different cesium amount were prepared. The efficiency for catalytic destruction of N2O was determined experimentally.
