Abstract
The diploma thesis deals with the valuation of the company ABZ knihy, a.s. The valuation is based primarily on the discounted cash flow method, which depends on a detailed strategic analysis. The strategic analysis includes market analysis, analysis of the company's potential and predictions of value generators. The conclusions are synthesized from the results of the main valuation method and supplementary valuation methods.
