Abstract
The aim of this thesis is to describe the possibility of termination of a Limited Liability Company. The first part gives reader the characteristics of a Limited Liability Company, the reasons and ways to end its business activities with or without liquidation. The second part summarizes the tax and accounting issues that are related with the termination of the company. The last section provides a practical example which describes a voluntary liquidation of a imaginary Limited Liability Company.
