Abstract
The contents of this work are the design of a multifunctional house including heating systems. The design is a complete project ready for realization of the building. At the beginning the work concentrates on the issues of the building and engineering. Consequently, it is aimed at the design and calculations of the heating systém, sources of heat and other elements necessary for its correct functioning. Necessity of warm water for users and visitors to the site has been taken into account as well.
