Specifikace managementu jezdeckého sportu

Abstract

The bachelor thesis is focused on the specifications of equestrian sport management. The aim of the bachelor thesis was to decipher the income and expenses for the season of one horse and to describe the possibilities of financing. For the purposes of the work, methods in the form of SWOT analysis and Porter's 5sil model were used. While the theoretical part defines the concepts associated with riding, the practical part describes the management of a particular riding pair. The conclusion of the work is a summary of the key information of the practical part, including recommendations aimed at increasing efficiency.
