Proces realizace ŽB monolitické konstrukce stropu ve vztahu k možnostem minimalizace doby výstavby

Abstract

Předmětem bakalářské práce je výběr časově a finančně nejvýhodnějšího způsobu realizace monolitické železobetonové konstrukce stropu. Vyhodnoceno bude celkem 5 variant, které se liší použitým stropním bedněním a počtem pracovních záběrů pro betonáž stropní desky. Každá varianta obsahuje návrh bednícího systému, mechanismů, počet pracovních záběrů, výpočet délky trvání jednotlivých činností, rozpočet a harmonogram. Pro vybranou variantu je zpracován technologický postup betonářských prací. Součástí práce je technická zpráva stavebního objektu, položkový rozpočet, harmonogram stavebních prací a výkresová dokumentace související s řešenou problematikou.

The subjekt of this thesis is to choose the most suitable temporal and financial method of realization of monolithic reinforced concrete ceiling structure. It will be evaluated a total of 5 variants different by used slab formwork and by number of working widths needed for concreting of ceiling slab. Each variant contains a proposal of formwork system, mechanisms, number of working widths, calculation of the duration each activity, budget and time schedule. There is a technological specification of concrete work formulated for the chosen variant. The thesis also includes the technical report of the building construction, itemized budget, time schedule of construction works and design documentation related to the presented issues.
