Abstract

TŘÍSKA, Tomáš. Multifunctional apartment building in Vratimov: Diploma thesis. VŠB – Technical university of Ostrava, Faculty of Civil Engineering, Department of Builging construction, 2019, Supervisor: Ing. Pavel Vlček, Ph.D. The multifunctional apartment building was designed as a four-storey building partly under the ground which will be roofed with a single-layer flat roof. The diploma thesis includes the project documentation according to Decree No. 499/2006 Coll. as amended by No. No. 62/2013 Coll. on construction documentation. [1]. Furthermore, preparation of thermal engineering assessment of peripheral structures [3], European Union Energy Label [3] and static calculation of the selected element depending on the design of the building. [10]. The aim of the diploma thesis is to reliably and effectively design a new building of a multifunctional apartment building according to a chosen construction system, location of the building and use of the building.
