Abstract

The topic of the bachelor thesis is the analysis and proposal of new internal guidelines in selected business company. The first part of the thesis is focused on the characteristics and importance of internal guidelines and their legislative regulation. The second part is practically oriented and deals with the brief characteristics of the selected business company and the analysis of the internal guidelines. Furthermore, the thesis deals with the proposal of appropriate modifications of the internal guidelines and the creation of new internal guidelines.
