Abstract
The curriculum vitae could play an important role in the recruitment process. In this thesis is disscussed the topic of the quality of CV and its impact on recruitment processes. Most empirical studies had focused on higher-level education jobs, especially in western European countries. This research was conducted on non-high-qualification jobs. The research was based on the logit probabilistic model. The criteria for evaluating CVs affect the manager choice of candidates for job interviews or candidates hiring. First, the analytical part descriptively describes the data collected for this work. The impact of CV quality on the candidate’s perception of job potential was then analyzed using logistic regression analysis. The same analysis was applied to job interviewing and hiring candidates. It was found that in order for the recruiter impression to be positive, there must be agreement within the candidate's experience in the past with the job position for which he is applying. The individual's work experience also plays an important role in inviting a candidate for an interview. But the education and information about the individual's interests in the CV also has impact on job interview. Education affects the recruitment of candidates.
