Abstract

The aim of this work is analyze state and development employtment market from the perspective of employment and unemployment and meet with functioning employment policy issues in the distrikt of Nový Jičín of the period under consideration 2009-2010. Then compare the data and offer some suggestions and recommendation. Bachelor thesis is dividend into two parts. The theoretical part describes the basic concepts related to the topic of labor market and employment policy. The practical part is analyze employment and unemployment in the distrikt of Nový Jičín in 2009 and 2010, describes employment policies, instruments adn effectiveness in the discrict of Nový Jičín. The conclusion is identified for suggestions and recommendations.
