Abstract

Based on the documentation and evaluation of the current state of the area in design was created with the use of a traffic solution, spatial design, static transportation, utilities, sports, furniture and greenery. Another goal was to create economic costing of the proposed solutions. In addressing the main proposals were the biggest problems associated with the management of utilities and sewer lines, mainly, water and electric. lines that run through the center and therefore limit the use of this area. The proposal is developed in two versions. The main variant is designed as a cultural - sports area with seating and refreshments. With the arrival only on the west edge of the land and pavement on the east side. The second variant is designed as a sports ground with tennis courts and access from both sides. The thesis is developed at the regional study.
