Vedoucí bakaláské práce: Ing. Jana Tichá Blahutová Pedmtem této bakaláské práce je vypracování územní studie lokality v obci Dolní Lhota, vedené dle ÚP jako „SO Z3“. Studie zahrnuje architektonicko-urbanistický návrh území s ohledem na stávající limity využití území. Oblast je navržena pro zástavbu individuálním bydlením s vhodným zalenním do okolního prostedí, úpravou veejné zelen a možnou obanskou vybaveností. ešení je provedeno ve variantách, z nichž je jedna vybrána pro detailnjší zpracování ešení dopravní a technické infrastruktury v rozsahu územní studie. Souástí práce je posouzení dosažených výsledk a orientaní ekonomické zhodnocení návrhu.

Jana Tichá Blahutová The main topic of the bachelor’s thesis is to work out a territorial studie of the locality in village Dolni Lhota, registered as „SO Z3“ according to Local Development Plan. The territorial studie includes an architectural and urban design of area, with regard to current territory restriction. The area is designed for individual housing development with an appropriate integration into a surroundings, public landscaping and potential public facilities. A solution is made variable. One of the option is chosen to detailed procesing of transport and technical infrastructure within a territorial studie. The assessment of achieved results and rough economic evalutation is part of the work.
