The diploma thesis is compiled at VŠB - Technical University of Ostrava, Faculty of Civil Engineering, Department of Building Environment and Building Services. Supervisor: Ing. Marcela Černíková, Ph.D. The main subject of this diploma thesis contains the constructional design of the reconstruction and extension of the apartment building together with the proposal for the reconstruction of the heating. The design of the thermal insulation and the superstructure construction solution was realized at the first place considering the building thermal technical assessment as a complex, mainly to achieve the lowest thermal losses of the building resulted in the low operating costs of the apartment house. In this thesis there is designed the low-temperature double-circuit heating system with forced circulation of water made with copper pipes and plate bodies. As a source of heat were designed two gas boilers maintain the heating the hot water supply circuit. The diploma thesis consists of two parts. The first part is constructional containing a guide report and summary technical report, calculation of the staircase, drawing documentation and the listing of structures. The second part deals with the construction environment and consists of the technical report which contains the building thermal technical assessment, the energy performance, the determination of the hot water demand and the heating design and calculation, included regulation both, heating circuits and the hot water system safety elements design. The second part also contains the drawing heating documentation.
