Abstract
The bachelor thesis analyzes satisfaction of customers in the company SITA CZ a. s..The work is divided into two parts: a theoretical part and a practical part. The theoretical part defines the theoretical basis of customer satisfaction. The practical part is dedicated to the analysis of customer satisfaction through questionnaires. Respondents were the only regular customers. In conclusion, the results of the questionnaires were evaluated, the suitability of existing satisfaction surveys. On the basis of its assessment questionnaires have been proposed measures that would lead to an increase in the level of services provided.
