The bachelor thesis focuses on the salaries of employees in a particular firm. Rewarding of the employees is the basis for future development of the company. Along with salaries and work motivation here, which is used to improve employee performance. The motivation for employees can be employee benefits, financial rewards or long-term salary increases. Employees thus become part of the organization and depends on the prosperity of their businesses and future development. In 2009 occurred in the organization of Vodovody a Kanalizace Vsetin, Inc. to change the rewarding system. My goal is to compare the advantages and disadvantages of payroll system before and after the change. Using the survey and propose any recommendations for possible changes in the pay system.
