Abstract
The thesis is focused on creation of passport of pavements and moveable things, meant mainly for handicapped persons and seniors. There is captured a choice of parameters to be monitored. Then a methodics for field mappings is created. The collected data and results are further processed and evaluated by statistics, map outputs and a geographical database.
