Abstract
This study was conducted to investigate the soil seed bank and the ecotoxicity of soil leachates at the D1 spoil heap in the town of Paskov. The species composition, density, and diversity of the seed bank, as determined from collected soil samples, were evaluated. Concurrently, ecotoxicological tests were conducted to assess the impact of the soil environment on test organisms. During the study, the results were continuously recorded and subsequently evaluated.
