Abstract

This Thesis deals with the topic of the Employee Performance Evaluation System in a small organization. The introductory section describes the trends in Employee Performance Evaluation of employees such as Criteria, Targets, Range and Performance Evaluation methods. The work contains a description of the 4 basic methods used for Employee Performance Evaluation: Supervision, Self Assessment, Motivation and appraisal 360o feedback. The second part is devoted to the description of the selected organization and analysis of the current state of Employee Performance Evaluation System in selected organisation. Part of this work was carried out by a prepared survey and SWOT analysis. The last section of this Thesis is the implementation of specific proposals of the Employee Performance Evaluation System in the selected organization. Evaluation system was designed. This system is supported by the Form and a Guideline for the Employee Performance Evaluation System in a small organization.
