Analýza managementu kvality při výrobě strojírenského produktu

Abstract

Bachelor thesis is focused on recommendation for reduction quality costs and evalution opportunities for reduction of the quality costs in Vítkovice Cylinders, a.s. in relation to internal defects related to the creation of spherical cap and bottle neck.

Thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and analytical.

Theoretical part of thesis is focused on the definition of the terms Quality and Quality management, the selected models used for economical analysis of costs, the basic analytic tools and in the end is focused on the methods of planning and improving quality management.

Analytical part of thesis deals with quality management system in Vítkovice Cylinders, a.s., as well as the monitoring and the evalueting quality costs in the company of Vítkovice Cylinders, a.s. The company is located in the Ostrava - Vítkovice, Dolní oblast. The research was conducted according to the data that is conducted within the company Vítkovice Cylinders, a.s. and they has provided to the author of thesis. The main methods used in the thesis has Pareto analysis, Ishikawa diagram and 5 Whys Method.
