Abstract

The topic of the thesis is a proposal to add a total revitalization today partly undeveloped land defined Janáčkovo/Českobratrská/Nádražní in Moravian Ostrava to restore housing here in combination with the built-in amenities in the form of a compact city block. In the design shall be taken into account the position of the area in the downtown area Ostrava Center. The work contains a description of the possible solutions and the final one, which is processed in detail. The project is designed in accordance with applicable laws, regulations and standards.
