Územní studie rozvojové lokality v Prosenicích

The subject of this diploma thesis is a comprehensive study of housebuilding in development area on Školní Street in Prosenice. The area is currently made up of parcels of gardens, orchards and arable land.

In the study, three variants of the solution of the area are designed. In all variants, the area of interest is designed as a living area, as required by current zoning village Prosenice. Individual variants of housebuilding of the area differ in the number and spacing of individual plots, solving the transport infrastructure and solutions in the area of the southern part, near the creek Strhanec.

The proposals take into account the area limits, requirements of local planning and the possibility of connecting to existing infrastructures. SWOT analysis was performed in all variants. Selected variant is detaily elaborated, including the transport and technical infrastructure, design of greenery, visualisation and preliminary calculation of costs.

In the study, two model houses of type A and B are designed, the house of type A is further elaborated.
