Bezpečnostní rizika průmyslového podniku v katastru města Hranice

Abstract

The Thesis deals with security problems concerning people, property, equipment and other assets in a middle size plant producing building materials, in a cement plant Cement Hranice, joint stock company. The first part contains a short description of building materials production, provides necessary information about assessed company including legal framework of security problems. The second part is a primary assessment of emergency situations and description of contemporary security conditions in the plant and its area. The main part is the analysis of identified risks, assessment and presentation of identified dangerous situations including quantification of consequences and their possible common effects or unfavourable influence of another factors and circumstances. The part of the thesis i also proposal of possible measures focused on limiting the probability of rise and rate of harmful effects of identified risks.
