Analýza managementu vybraného sportovního klubu

Abstract

The aim of the bachelor thesis is an analysis of a selected sport club's management, namely the hockey club HC Frýdek-Místek, an association. The bachelor's thesis is divided into the theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part are specified basic terms connected with management and sport. The practical part focuses on the hockey club HC Frýdek-Místek, an association where with the help of the SWOT analysis and an interview with a club's manager were identified the strengths and weaknesses of the club. Based on the information obtained were subsequently provided suggestions and recommendations for the club.
